Left wrist pain for 4 years
Pain aggraveted in last 2 months
Pain radiates to arm and has muscle cramp
Case 16 - Ulnar İmpaction

Right wrist pain for 3 years
Physical examination:
Palmarly located pain with palpation
Tendernes over TFCC and scapholunate interval
Case 15 - TFCC Rupture + LT Ligament Injuriy + 1. CMC Arthritis (Suspensionplasty)
40 yr, female, right hand dominant
Right wrist and 1st CMC joint pain for 1 year
Mild pain relief after intraarticular corticosteroid injection for the 1st CMC joint
No pain relief after NSAIDs, physical therapy
EMG: Mild carpal tunnel syndrome
