Pain felt at left hand 1st CMC joint while grasping for 2 years
Mild pain relief after thumb spica splint, NSAIDs and corticosteroid injection
Crepitation felt with the movement of 1st CMC joint

No Z-deformity
VAS score 5/10
ROM: IF joint flexion 90° , extension -10°, apparent MP joint laxity with hiperextension
Grip strength Right 18 kg, Left 15
Pinch strength Right 4 kg, Left 2 kg
