Left wrist pain for 4 years
Pain aggraveted in last 2 months
Pain radiates to arm and has muscle cramp

Wrist flexion 30◦, extension 40 ◦
Radial and ulnar deviations 10 ◦

Pain on Lunate bone with palpation
No motor and sensory deficit
