No improvement with splint and NSAID
Right hand dominant
Wrist flexion 80°, extension 70°
Ulnar deviation 25°, radial deviation 15°
Supination 80°, pronation 90°
Piano key sign positive
Ulnar head prominent in the dorsal aspect
Painful ulnar grind test
Visual analogue scale: 4

Grip strength R/L: 18kg/32kg
Pinch R/L: 3.4kg/4kg
