Left ulnar wrist pain without a trauma history for ten years, increased in last year
No improvement with splint and medical treatment
Right hand dominant
Wrist flexion 60°, extension 50°
Ulnar deviation 30°, radial deviation 20°
Supination 80°, pronation 80°
Pain with ulnar deviation
Pain with palpation on TFCC, dorsal aspect of SL joint
Piano key sign positive
Watson shift test positive
Visual analogue scale: 6
Quick DASH score: 47
Grip strength R/L: 24 kg/13kg
Pinch R/L: 5kg/4.8kg
